Truly Shocking Lies by the New (Illegitimate) President
The pathological liar Donald Trump is sticking with what his sister liar Kellyanne Conway says are "alternative facts" (!?! — a phrase from George Orwell's dystopian novel 1984) regarding both the ludicrously inferior turnout on the Mall during Trump's inauguration and, far more importantly, Trump's massive rejection by the people, with a 2.9 million deficit in the popular vote — which renders his "victory" a legalistic fraud. We truly do need to abolish the Electoral College, which was designed to PREVENT someone like Donald Trump — or, even (somewhat worse) Adolf Hitler — from manipulating the passions of "the mob" or "great unwashed" from being elected President of the United States. That worthy purpose proved powerless when Trump, a hugely unqualified person, was elected President. So it's time to delete the Electoral College from the Constitution, just like Prohibition. The fact that Liberals have despaired of doing that proves not that the institution has value to the Nation, but only that Liberals/Progressives are contemptible wimps.

I do not believe that the people of small states want to be unfair to everyone else in the Nation. I believe in the moral  integrity of the people, of small states as much as large, who understand and accept that the winner of the popular vote should win the office. I believe that if presented with a constitutional amendment to abolish the Electoral College and substitute a popular vote — only — for President, the bulk of decent people in ALL the states, large and small without distinction, will proudly vote for DEMOCRACY. I have faith in the people. Why don't the bulk of Liberals/Progressives?

Trump dares to claim that three to five MILLION fraudulent votes were cast, mainly by illegal aliens — I reject the dishonest euphemism "undocumented immigrants".  But of course he cannot present ANY evidence of such voter fraud, on that scale or on ANY scale. Hc cannot prove that 7 individuals, of some 130 million votes counted in the entire country, cast illegal votes. Indeed, he can't prove that even TWO individual persons voted illegally. That a*hole dared to suggest that some people might have voted in three or four states! Where could that occur? Who on Earth would drive HUNDREDS OF MILES in a single day to cast a SINGLE vote, which NO ONE could believe would swing that state to one candidate rather than the other? Perhaps people in the Four Corners area at which Arizona, Colorado, New Mexico, and Utah meet could have voted in more than one state on election day, but two of those states went for Trump, and two went for Hillary. So how did the 'fraudulent' votes go? Trump says that NONE of the fraudulent votes went to him.

Donald Trump is a pathological, not just a habitual, liar. He lies even when he KNOWS that he will be caught in his lies, and that NO REASONABLE PERSON will believe him. That is pretty much the DEFINITION of "pathological liar".

He has NO proof to back up his INSANE lie about millions of illegal votes being cast against him. ZERO proof, and he cannot ever GET proof for such an insane lie. because it is totally and ridiculously FALSE.

Can a President be IMPEACHED for brazen lies to the people? Bill Clinton was impeached by the House of Representatives for his contemptible lie "I did not have sexual relations with that woman", even tho his personal sexual behavior had nothing to do with his duties as President. He was not removed from office for that trivial (if supremely contemptible) lie, but he was chastened, and has gone down in history as having been impeached by the House of Representatives. Bill Clinton is SLIME, and his despicable behavior contributed to his wife's defeat for the Presidency. Why on EARTH did Hillary not DIVORCE the bastard?

In any case, if Bill Clinton could be impeached for a lie that had nothing to do with his official duties as President, why CAN'T we impeach Trump over his malicious LIES about turnout at the inauguration and 'millions' of illegal votes being cast? How can we permit him to LIE to us every day or two for the next four years?

Would Trump be so brazen in his lies if the consequence of lying to the BILLIONS of people in the world were execution by firing squad? I'd be very happy to watch that execution on TV and the Internet. Over and over again — tho I think that viewing such an execution should be limited to five times per person in order to prevent people from succumbing to a ghoulish preoccupation with such images. But it would be fun to watch at least once.
